Front Desk Officer/Receptionist - Geylang
We are seeking Front Desk Officers to join our hotel teams. This role involves welcoming guests, managing room bookings, and supporting the daily operations of the front office to ensure a smooth and professional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle room reservations, amendments, and cancellations
- Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Process payments and issue official receipts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk area
- Share information on hotel services and nearby attractions
- Follow hotel SOPs related to safety, security, and data privacy
Job Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Working Hours: 5-day work week, 44 hours per week on rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
Salary Range: $2500 - $2700 + Meal Allowances
Location: Central (Near MRT - Orchard MRT (NS22/TE14), Somerset MRT (NS23))
