Customer Service Executive (Bereavement Service)

- Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Sat 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary: basic up to $3000 + Variable Bonus (VB) + On-duty incentive
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility- Data Management – Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper records to support efficient operations.
- Customer Enquiry Handling – Answer incoming calls, respond to basic enquiries, and ensure professional communication.
- Information Relay – Record customer details and pass relevant information to the Sales Team for follow‑up.
- Administrative Support – Assist with document handling, office coordination, and general administrative tasks.
- Ad‑hoc Assistance – Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors to support daily operations.
- Experience in customer service is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
