Digital Marketing & Community Specialist (Eng & Mandarin AI Education)

Salary: S$2600 - S$3200 (Commensurate with experience + Performance Bonus)

The Mission

We are on a mission to revolutionize AI education for kids and teachers globally. We don't just want a social media manager; we want a Growth Hacker and Community Builder who will turn these 100 books into a global movement.

• The Content Matrix: Orchestrate our core team (Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Writer) to produce 1x high-quality post per day for 5 niche accounts (LinkedIn, TikTok, IG, Little Red Book).
• Influencer Management: Recruit and manage a fleet of "Micro-Influencer" teachers and parents. You will provide them with daily "Ready-to-Post" media kits and track their affiliate sales.
• Private Traffic Ownership: Set up and moderate our 'users club' (WhatsApp/Discord). Your goal is to setup and convert community
• Amazon & Shopify Growth: Manage the weekly upload schedule for Amazon KDP and optimize our Shopify store for "Digital Bundle" sales.

• Agile & Fast: You'd rather launch a "Good" post today than a "Perfect" one next month.
• Platform Expert: You know the algorithms of TikTok and LinkedIn inside out.
• Community First: You enjoy talking to people. You aren't afraid to engage.
• AI Savvy: You don't need to be a coder, but you should be comfortable using ChatGPT/Claude to help the Content Writer scale scripts.

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Community Management.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (Essential for bilingual localization of content for China)
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon KDP, or Influencer platforms is a huge plus.
