Investment Analyst / Senior Investment Analyst

We are currently working with a private investment firm focused on backing high-growth businesses, with particular emphasis on sectors related to real estate. They are looking for an Investment Analyst to join their growing team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities: Support the team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence for potential deals. Assist in portfolio management and ongoing strategic initiatives for invested companies.
Work closely with senior leadership including the CEO and partners on deal structuring, analysis, and presentations. Qualifications: At least 2-4 years of prior working experience in investment banking, private equity, or other relevant advisory/buy-side roles.
Prior exposure to international working or academic environments preferred. Strong financial modelling, analytical, and communication (especially English writing) skills. Highly motivated, adaptable, and open to working in a flat, collaborative environment.
