Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about lifestyle branding, digital marketing, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan seasonal campaigns, promotions, and themed events to drive foot traffic and brand visibility.

Brand Development

Elevate the ME Cafe & Games brand through consistent messaging, visuals, and customer experience.
Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to produce engaging content.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with creative and engaging content.
Run targeted ads and influencer partnerships to attract new audiences.

Partnerships & Events

Identify and collaborate with influencers, local businesses, and media to boost brand awareness.
Plan and promote in-store events, tournaments, and cat café experiences.

Analytics & Reporting

Track campaign performance using KPIs (e.g. foot traffic, social engagement, conversions).
Use data to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.

Team Management

Lead junior marketers, freelancers, and external agencies to ensure aligned execution.

Provide mentorship and foster a creative marketing culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
Proven experience in lifestyle, F&B, retail, or entertainment marketing is a strong advantage.
Proficient in digital tools: Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
Strong creative, strategic, and leadership skills.
Passion for gaming culture, hospitality, and customer experience.
