Attraction Host/Hostess (Part-time) - Toa Payoh

Overall Job Purpose

As an Attraction Host (Part-time), you will be required to assist in running the Day and Night operations of various nodes/attractions (Fort Siloso, Sentosa Nature Discovery and Magical Shores) in an efficient and effective manner.

• Manage the opening and closure of the different nodes/attractions
• Perform operational duties at assigned nodes/attractions
• Adopts a proactive, sincere and passionate approach to Guest Service so to achieve an excellence service standard
• Conduct guided tours and support presentation and/or guest engagement sessions
• Perform housekeeping duties and ensure general cleanliness of assigned nodes/attractions
• Perform daily checks and preventative measures on exhibits, equipments and facilities
• Follow up on reported problems and execute timely appropriate solutions and actions
• Liaise with contractors/technician on the repair and maintenance of assigned nodes/attractions
• Gather and disseminate information/feedback from team and contractors / technicians for purpose of improvement in operation and service standards
• Prepare daily reports and handle administrative duties in relation to the nodes/attractions
• Coordinate with other departments in the implementation of activities at the attractions, eg. Events, functions, VIP visits
• Assist in other duties assigned

• Enjoy working in an outdoor environment and loves interacting with guests from various culture / background and across the globe
• Good Communication skill and able to handle challenging situation calmly
• Able to walk moderate distances and on uneven ground
• Intermittent and prolonged standing and walking to move about the nodes/attractions
• Possession of a valid driving licence would be an advantage
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Familiar with Microsoft excel and Microsoft words
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
