About the job
We are seeking a MarTech Analytics Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, and related marketing platforms, with the ability to translate client requirements into scalable and effective marketing automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and configure analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics (Adobe Web SDK) or similar for web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure proper data collection, event tracking, and user behavior analysis.
- Utilize tag management systems to deploy and manage tracking tags, rules, and data layers.
- Create and update tags, rules, and data layers to capture business-critical data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tag-related issues in real-time.
- Create and maintain custom dashboards to track key metrics across platforms.
- Automate reporting to deliver performance insights to business stakeholders.
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure data accuracy and integrity across platform.
- Collaborate with development teams to validate analytics implementations and resolve any tracking issues.
- Support integration and setup of cross-channel tracking across various analytics tools (cross- platform analytics) to provide unified insights across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
- Work closely with marketing, development, and product teams to align analytics with business goals.
- Provide training on analytics tools and reporting best practices.
- Attend all the required training.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics, MarTech, or web/mobile data tracking implementation.
- Proven experience implementing analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics (preferably Adobe Web SDK), Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated background working with Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, or Tealium.
- Strong understanding of analytics frameworks, event tracking, and user behavior measurement across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging tag-related issues using browser developer tools and debugging utilities.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other scripting languages used for analytics implementations (a strong plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data issues and recommend effective solutions.
