Job Description
As a Business & Operations Intern, you’ll be exposed to multiple aspects of a startup, from daily operations to strategic growth initiatives. Your role will evolve based on your strengths, but key areas include:
- What You’ll Do:
- Customer Engagement & Support – Assist with WhatsApp and email inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Marketing & Content Creation – Help create social media content, assist with campaign execution, and explore marketing strategies.
- Operations & Vendor Coordination – Work closely with our network of vets, groomers, and pet sitters to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Business Development Support – Assist in partnership outreach, research, and expansion efforts to grow the business.
- Process Improvement – Identify efficiency gaps, streamline workflows, and contribute ideas to optimize operations.
- Event Planning & Execution – Support community initiatives, trade shows, and pet-related events.
