Project Coordinator (Electrical)
Mills Recruitment is partnering with a world class engineering consultancy in the search for an experienced Project Coordinator (Electrical) to support the delivery of major airport infrastructure developments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised engineering consultancy known for delivering complex, high-impact projects across the region.
About the RoleThe Challenge
Take on a key role in coordinating critical electrical and M&E infrastructure works within large-scale airport development projects. You will help drive project success by ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with strict regulatory and client requirements.
The Opportunity Work alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams on landmark infrastructure projects from design coordination through to construction and handover. This role offers strong exposure to contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery within a highly collaborative environment.Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Support contract administration activities for major infrastructure and airfield projects
- Coordinate designs with consultants and contractors throughout construction and handover phases
- Review technical submissions and contractor proposals for compliance with statutory requirements
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, claims, and quality control procedures
- Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors to support smooth project delivery
For Preferred Qualifications
- Recognized Engineering qualification accepted by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer, with at least 5 years focused on design coordination and implementation of electrical systems in projects similar in scope to major underground infrastructure
- Direct experience in tunnelling, such as MRT or airport projects, would be highly advantageous.
- Coordinate and support project activities by managing schedules, resources, documentation, and communication among stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Strong understanding of statutory codes, contract administration, site supervision, and quality procedures
- This is a 3 years contract job
