Business Development Executive – Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify, attract, and retain clients to support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Networking: Attend industry and networking events with the purpose of establishing new connections and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Service Familiarization: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value to prospective and existing clients.
  • New Client Procurement: Generate new business opportunities through direct contact, word-of-mouth referrals, and close collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and continued engagement.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Recommend upgrades, new products, or additional services that may be beneficial or of interest to clients.
  • Proposal and Contract Preparation: Draft compelling business proposals and contracts aimed at increasing revenue and expanding the client base.
  • General Responsibilities: Perform all other duties consistent with the role of a Business Development Executive as required by the organization.
