Operations Executive
Role Purpose
We are seeking a Operations Executive to join our Hub Operations team in Singapore. You will predominantly be responsible for carrying out warehouse and logistics activities in the warehouse. Necessary labour work may be required to ensure the stock inventory is managed and inspected accordingly.
Your Tasks- Handle all daily outbound shipments, including parcel scanning, containerization, bagging, palletizing and dispatch.
- Run and operate sorter machine.
- Access different types of inhouse shipping systems to prepare shipment, including small postal parcel and commercial shipments.
- Book shipments with freight forwarders, schedule pick ups, and prepare the required documentation to ensure timely shipment processing.
- Follow up with freight forwarders on shipment-related matters, including documentation, clearance, uplift and arrival updates.
- Support other warehouse activities, including receiving, return, picking, packing, and other operational tasks as required.
- Any other ad-hoc projects, tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor / manager.
A. Qualifications
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent preferred, with practical warehouse experience in the Logistics industry
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Willing and capable of working in a fast setting
- Adaptable and possesses a desire to learn
- Capable of working both independently and in a group
- Able to work during weekends / Public Holidays when required

- Delivers consistent and clear messages and ideas
- Demonstrates willingness to move out of comfort zone
