Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive sales and manage relationships within our automotive solutions division.
You will be responsible for end-to-end account management, from sourcing partners to providing technical training and ensuring successful product deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution :
Identify, nurture, and close sales opportunities to meet quarterly and annual objectives in coordination with the Regional Key Accounts Manager.
Account & Dealer Management:
Source, qualify, and manage PDI partners, manufacturers, and Authorised Distributors; oversee all dealer relationships to ensure brand alignment.
Pipeline Tracking:
Conduct regular sales calls and promotional work, maintaining disciplined activity tracking via Monday.com.
Proposal & Pricing:
Prepare professional quotes and proposals; manage territory sales and seek regional approval for any discounts beyond published price points.
Technical Training & Support :
Conduct comprehensive product and sales training for reseller partners, dealers, and end-users; proactively address and resolve all client queries.
On-site Supervision:
Oversee installations and commissioning at customer sites to ensure technical requirements and customer expectations are met.
Market Intelligence :
Compile data on competitor pricing and products to report back to Head Office; identify and influence key market stakeholders.
Marketing & Events:
Participate in tradeshows, booth duties, and help implement educational programs to build brand preference for Carstom products.
Cross-Department Collaboration :
Provide feedback on customer requirements to Engineering and Operations to drive product improvements and new releases.
Job Requirements
Proven Sales Track Record:
Ability to effectively sell and upsell automotive solutions to both new and existing B2B/B2C accounts.
Technical Proficiency :
Capability to provide first-level technical guidance to end-users, integrators, and partners.
Relationship Building:
Strong network or ability to build contacts to promote automotive products and services.
Communication:
Excellent presentation skills for conducting dealer training and answering complex technical queries.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in automotive accessories or customization is highly preferred.
