Geylang - Retail Assistant | 5 day work | Up to SGD 3K + Commission

As a Retail Assistant for Nespresso, you will be the face of the brand—delivering exceptional customer service while promoting coffee products, machines, and accessories. You’ll build strong customer relationships, maintain boutique presentation, and help drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage walk-in customers and understand their preferences
• Recommend and promote Nespresso coffee, machines, and accessories
• Deliver personalized service and share passion for coffee
• Ensure a clean and organized boutique environment
• Refill product displays daily (capsules, machines, accessories)
• Perform cashiering and handle accurate transactions
• Restock items and support inventory control
• Follow store SOPs (opening, closing, and sales procedures)
• Work toward achieving both personal and team sales targets
• Attend on-the-job training to enhance performance

Job Requirements:

• Prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fast learner, responsible, and a strong team player.
