Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment and dryer systems
Perform routine quality checks on products and processes
Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and production areas
Support daily production targets and yield requirements
Assist in troubleshooting operational and production issues
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and efficiency
Perform general production duties and manual handling tasks as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
Candidates from FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or semiconductor industries are encouraged to apply
Basic understanding of GMP and hygiene practices is advantageous
Able to commit to 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
Basic computer literacy and English communication skills required
