Full Time Admin (Manufacturing) (West)

Working location: Tuas

Working Timing:

  1. 30am-6pm, (Mon-Fri), 8.30am-12.30pm (Sat) 5.5 Working days
Roles & Responsibilities
  • The Sales Coordinator (Issue Order) is responsible for accurately processing sales orders after deal confirmation, ensuring all documentation, pricing, and internal approvals are in place.
Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing & Documentation
  • Issue Sales Orders (SO)upon deal confirmation
  • Verify accuracy of sales details including pricing, packages
  • Prepare and maintain complete sales documentation, Ensure all required approvals are obtained before issuing orders
  • Liaise closely with Sales team to clarify deal terms and requirements
  • Work with Operations / Delivery teams to ensure order details are correctly handed over
  • Maintain proper filing (digital & physical) of sales records and contracts
  • Track order status and follow up on pending actions or missing documents
  • Support internal audits by providing accurate and complete sales documentation
  • Assist with ad-hoc sales administration tasks as required
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or order processing
  • Prior experience handling sales orders, contracts, or billing coordination is preferred
