Manufacturing Technician / Operator - Chemical - Choa Chu Kang

• Working days: 4days (12hours) / 5 days
• Chemical Manufacturing
• Available vacancies : 1️⃣ QC Technician // 2️⃣Production Technician

• Perform lab tests, measurements, and prepare reagents
• Maintain and troubleshoot instruments
• Handle ISO documentation and update SPC charts
• Keep accurate records and sample inventory
• Receive and check QA purchases
• Support audits, QA activities, and staff training
• Maintain lab cleanliness and follow EHS/QMS procedures
• Provide improvement suggestions and assist in other QC task

• Perform filling, mixing, and packaging of chemicals within targets and quality standards
• Handle container prep, inspections, washing, loading/unloading, palletizing, strapping, shrink wrapping, and barcode printing
• Follow QMS, EMS, and OHS procedures
• Monitor process parameters and record data
• Operate hand-held equipment and NAV system
• Perform simple maintenance and process improvements
• Maintain production area cleanliness
• Adhere to safety rules, PPE usage, and SOPs
• Carry out other tasks as assigned
