• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand into new markets across the region.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams on joint client engagements and project opportunities.
• Plan and support events such as social functions, regional exhibitions, factory visits, and client training sessions.
• Create and enhance marketing materials to support business development initiatives.
• Maintain and manage business tracking and reporting databases (Excel-based).
• Conduct weekly reviews of work plans and prepare progress updates.
• Review commercial submissions and Power Train Unit (PTU) scope.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with data centre operators, M&E contractors, and consultants.
• Engage clients beyond regular office hours through networking and relationship-building activities.
• Drive business growth within key market segments, including but not limited to Data Centres.

• Candidate with study background in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering are welcome to apply.
• Candidate possess with class 3 driver license is a bonus.
