Sales Consultant - Toa Payoh

About the role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the front-line representative of our agency—responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that align with client needs and our service offerings. This is a consultative sales role that requires understanding digital marketing fundamentals, communicating value, and building trust with prospective clients.

What you'll be doing
  1. Identify and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads through direct messaging, social, and networking
  2. Conduct strategy calls to understand prospects’ business needs, goals, and pain points
  3. Present digital marketing solutions that includes our core lead generation product and other forms of digital marketing like social media, PPC and more
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals
  5. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates
  6. Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  7. Foster long-term client relationships and contribute to account growth
What we're looking for
  1. 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within a marketing agency or consulting environment.
  2. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed, data-driven decisions
  3. Basic understanding of various digital marketing strategies like SEO, PPC, social media etc
  4. Consultative approach to sales with a strong focus on solving problems, not just selling services
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  7. Experience in the real estate or financial services industry a plus
