Job Responsibilities :
This is a 6 -month contract position.- Prepare monthly report to summarize the performance result of each of the Client Advisors and calculate and propose the year-end bonus for each of them based on the internal policy.
- Formulate and maintain internal Policies and Procedures and various Forms applied for the business.
- Familiar with the Private Banking systems so as to provide guidance to the Front Officer counterparty for system input and data flow;
- Liaise with Head Office IT system support team to report any system issue.
- Conduct the UAT whenever there is a system upgrade or before the launch of any new system.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Take up ad hoc assignment.
Job Requirements :
- Experience with the Operations team for the business of Private Banking, Wealth Management or SME is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree, or similar.
- Demonstrate a strong team player mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with Chinese speaking colleagues in Hong Kong and Taiwan
