Job Purpose:
- The role supports the overall Singapore IMC & RARE Portfolio team to provide for marketing excellence through execution of project and event initiatives with scope of project planning, promotion developments and analytical reporting
- Key deliverables will be the output derived from key project launches (IMC and RARE) that translates the conversion drive of top of mind brand awareness into long term brand sustainability and eventual commercial sales returns
- The executive will also be tasked to translate data into actionable insights with clear recommendations on actions to drive sell out at point-of-sales and be the lead to execute impactful events for On/Off Trade as well as RARE portfolio
Key Responsibilities And Activities
Trade Marketing [40%]- To support in outlet activations and sponsorship events by developing checklist, checking inventories and liaison with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and proper execution.
- Liaise with appointed agencies to support on planned events/promotions and following up on providing current brand materials to support on bringing to live brand activations
- POSM management on channel deployment needs, tracking inventory levels for replenishment, initiation of new items for Brand GWP’s
- Generate reports each month for the Monthly Business Update
- Maintain and update tasting stocks requirements and inventory control
- Follow up with vendor/agency for rendering/quotation/installation timeline/ tracking delivery number.
- Raise PO’s via SAP system and perform GR on invoices to maintain accounting hygiene (inclusive of new vendor creations)
- Ensuring proposed On and Off Premise activations meet both Brand & Customer Strategic Objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support the seamless execution of RARE events, delivering bespoke tasting experiences and luxury hospitality for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
- Maintain accurate RARE client CRM records and ensure the integrity of the customer database
- Assistance in overseeing the RARE marketing budget, with a strong emphasis on cost control and optimizing return on investments
- Assistance to brand development of the RARE opulent range of products with the specific category managers. Aligning global guidance to local activations relevant to region
- Raise PO’s via SAP system and perform GR on invoices to maintain accounting hygiene (inclusive of new vendor creations)
- Processing of commercial orders and inventory control
- Other Ad Hoc brand, sales, marketing requirements
Key Relationships
Internal: General Manager, CCM Manager, RARE Portfolio Manager, Regional Brand team, Regional CCM teamExternal: Distributors partners and RARE Private Clients
Experience Required- Experience in Marketing and Trade Marketing essential (5+ yrs)
- Experience in On Premise channel will be a bonus
- Tertiary Education, with Bachelors Degree with relevant subject focus essential
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams, and showcase influencing skills
- Liquor industry experience highly regarded
- Experience managing large cross functional commercial projects desirable
- Analytical skills - The ability to translate Industry, channel, customer, category and brand information into actionable insights for both the Marketing and Sales cross functions
- Commercial Acumen - demonstrating a deep understanding of Campari's P&L , customer profitability, and ability to apply financial modelling and ROI estimates on proposed initiatives
- Superior communication skills - The ability to translate actionable insights into compelling internal and external presentations (written and verbal)
- Project Management - Ability to coordinate and manage a complex project timeline
