Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across our container depots in Singapore and regional countries. This role drives budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow, and financial reporting while partnering with depot managers, department heads and senior management to optimise operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting, financial planning, and reporting across depots
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and reporting
• Analyse depot performance and identify cost optimisation opportunities
• Manage cash flow, capital expenditure, and vendor negotiations
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, customs, port authority requirements, and corporate governance standards
• Liaise and coordinate with banks, auditors, tax agents and stakeholders
• Mentor finance teams and align financial goals with operational performance
• Maintain strong internal controls to prevent financial risk, loss, or fraud
• Provide financial guidance on new depot setups, expansions, joint ventures, and lease renewals
• Any other ad hoc duties as directed by Management

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A recognised degree in Finance or Accountancy / ACCA with excellent knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation matters
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role within logistics, shipping, or related industries preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a multi-site or regional environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive work attitude
