Our Client is an international tyre and wheel supply and service provider. They are looking for a HR Executive.

【Responsibilities】

Recruitment support in posting job ads, scheduling and coordinating job interviews
Onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and logistics
Perform orientations and update records of new staff
Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, database, and assisting with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks in the Unit 4 HR system
Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed.
Calculation of monthly OT’s and allowance based on attendance record for payroll processing
Coordinate and organise staff training and company events.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

【Requirements & Preferences】

(Must)

Minimum Diploma holder
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a human resource operations or generalist role
Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices
Proficient in the use of HR software Prosoft Unit 4 and data management tools
