We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support a wide range of HR functions that contribute to employee development and operational excellence.

You will play a key role in implementing HR initiatives, tracking training, and supporting performance and talent management efforts.

• Support HR policies and initiatives in career development, performance, and recognition
• Track training attendance and manage training fund usage
• Coordinate First Aid and compliance-based courses
• Recommend development programmes based on employee needs
• Provide secretariat support for HR meetings and panels
• Advise staff on HR matters professionally
• Assist in procurement for awards and tokens
• Manage staff card applications and entitlements
• Oversee leave, allowances, and related HR processes

• Degree in any field (HR-related preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Able to work independently with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Access is a bonus
• HR experience is an advantage
