Temp Assistant Manager / Manager (Secretariat) - 11 Months Contract Up $5K - Toa Payoh

Salary: Up to $5,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external partners to implement projects (e.g., Calm Room, gym programs, staff training).
• Track and report progress on disability and inclusive sports program expansion.
• Manage marketing communications with stakeholders, branding teams
• Oversee full grant administration: proposals, budgets, compliance, and reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all grants.
• Update and manage the inclusive sports webpage/portal.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in stakeholder management, project management, or grant management.
• Good understanding of Singapore’s sports ecosystem and disability issues.
• Experience in competitive sports or coaching is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to promoting inclusivity in sports.
• Active lifestyle and passion for sports.
