Hiring Position: IT Manager at SAMH
At Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH), we improve the lives of persons with mental health issues through rehabilitation and reintegration. Purpose
The IT Manager will be a key person driving SAMH’s digitalization efforts, ensuring that our IT infrastructure can effectively support the delivery of services to our staff, clients and beneficiaries. You will source and implement IT solutions, ensure strong IT governance and secure IT systems.

Core Duties- Evaluate, implement, and manage IT projects Source and apply for funding support
- Work with vendors to ensure that all IT systems are maintained at an optimal level
- Implement, configure and support key applications such as Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Donation/ Volunteer Management System, Learning Management System and website maintenance.
- Conduct user training
- Document procedures and user guides
- Coordinate, troubleshoot and resolve IT related issues
- Review, draft and implement IT policies and plans
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Managerial position
- Able to work independently and self-directed
- Working knowledge of website maintenance (e.g. Word Press)
- Experience in optimization on CRM systems and managing CRM enhancement requirements
- Good knowledge of cloud technologies, as well as commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions.
