Job Scope:
- Oversee full project management, including planning, design, and execution.
- Manage all on-site operations, including costing, contract administration, delivery coordination, and project progress to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and various trades to ensure workmanship, timelines, technical requirements, and safety standards meet statutory and client expectations.
- Prepare tender documents, quotations, and drawings.
- Review and analyze drawings, regulatory requirements, and tender specifications.
- Liaise with clients on project matters and follow up on potential new projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing interior design or related design projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and planning abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work after office hours and perform under pressure to meet project deadlines.
