Finance Assistant Manager/Manager (Experienced)

• $5,500 – $6,500/month
• Completion Bonus

⏰ Mon–Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm

1. Treasury & Financial Product Operations

• Ensure smooth daily settlement of financial products including deposits, FX, and borrowings
• Monitor counterparty limits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Manage inter-company loans, including interest computation and settlement processes

1. Month-End Closing & Reconciliations

• Lead month-end closing activities for financial products
• Perform reconciliations for valuations, FX, borrowings, and hedge accounting
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

1. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare management reports for treasury centre performance monitoring and analysis
• Support corporate tax and GST filings
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (including financial instruments accounting)

1. Hedge Accounting & Advisory Support

• Provide guidance and support on hedge accounting queries
• Assist stakeholders with accounting treatment for FX and borrowings

1. Banking & Systems Administration

• Support banking operations (account openings, authorised signatory updates)
• Maintain and improve Treasury Management System controls and processes

1. Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Support group-level finance initiatives and ad hoc projects
• Contribute to process improvements within treasury and finance operations

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA / CPA equivalent
• 3–4 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial products and accounting treatment
• Knowledge of SAP and Treasury Management Systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
