Key Responsible:
- Handle cashiering duties at the Cashier Cage and Chip Bank with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform operational functions including Cage, Chip Bank, Controller, and Count procedures.
- Assist customers with self-service kiosks, providing technical support and resolving basic issues promptly.
- Deliver professional and efficient service to both internal and external customers at all times.
- Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Key Requirements:
- Comfortable with frontline customer service
- The ability to work midnight shifts duties
- Experience in cashiering
