Senior HR Executive, Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards)

This position will start off as about 7 months contract.

Duties:

The successful candidate will be part of the Human Resources Division, within the Total Rewards Department. He/She will support the development and execution of a robust reward strategy that ensures competitive returns on investment and effectively attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.

Annual Salary Review Process: Support the end-to-end management of the annual salary review cycle, including compensation cycle planning, system readiness, communication, and closing activities (e.g., data upload and validation).
Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking: Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and conduct benchmarking to ensure salary structures and benefits offerings remain competitive.
Job Evaluation: Conduct annual job evaluations as part of the headcount planning process, ensuring roles and compensation align with business needs.
Consultation & Advisory: Provide advice to HR teams and business leaders on all aspects of total rewards to drive alignment with business objectives.

Working Hour:

Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

1 day Work From Home per week

Salary:

$5000 - $6000
