✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist passengers & visitors with queries and directions
- Share flight info & recommend airport dining/retail options
- Respond via calls, emails, chatbot & social media
- Handle on-site incidents & medical emergencies
- Support daily operations and take on ad-hoc duties
✅ Requirements:
- GCE “O” Level & at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Confident and comfortable interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds
- Able to work rotating shifts
