Executive Branding & Strategic Communications - Toa Payoh

• Position: Executive or Snr Executive Branding & Strategic Communications
• Salary: $3800-4500/mth
• Location: HQ Office @ Bukit Merah
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Support the development and execution of diverse media and communications strategies to elevate the Association’s public profile and outreach efforts
• Carry out the Association’s social media content strategy across various platforms
• Design engaging graphics and produce short-form videos tailored for social media
• Write and edit compelling content, including event summaries, feature articles, website updates, media briefs, and press releases
• Assist in organizing and executing corporate events—such as Annual General Meetings, fundraising initiatives, award ceremonies, and official visits—including photography and videography support on-site
• Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets and external partners
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align communication efforts and ensure cohesive messaging
• Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and explore ways to apply them to the Association’s digital channels

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, or content creation for publications or media
• Proficient in digital and social media tools, including video editing and content creation platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to plan and execute projects independently
• Willingness to travel across Singapore regularly for event coverage and fieldwork
• Skilled in photography and videography, with an eye for capturing meaningful and memorable moments
• Passionate about engaging with seniors, listening to their stories, and sharing them with a broader audience
• Excellent writing skills with a flair for crafting engaging and reader-friendly content
