Karaoke Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager

Working Hours: 6 working days per week, Night Shift

• Monitor daily revenue performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Handle operational issues promptly and effectively
• Deliver a high-quality service for guests
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Drive customer engagement, repeat visits, and VIP relationships
• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to maintain high service standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, manpower planning, and shift operations. Train and develop team members to ensure consistent performance
• Ensure a good environment including rooms, sound systems, and equipment are well-maintained
• Maintain cleanliness, ambience, and overall outlet presentation
• Coordinate with maintenance/vendors for repairs and upkeep
• Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing regulations, and safety standards. Uphold hygiene, safety, and security protocols at all times.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports. Track KPIs and analyze performance trends
• Support management in business planning and improvements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B, nightlife, hospitality, or karaoke operations
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
