We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Assistant Technical Manager (Service Team) to support and lead service operations across key client sites in Singapore.

You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability and service excellence for large-scale Audio-Visual (AV) and integrated systems deployed across Singapore’s national and iconic projects.

Job Description

Assist in managing daily service operations across multiple client sites
Lead and supervise a team of Service Engineers and Technicians
Oversee troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and rectification of AV systems
Provide technical support for complex issues and service escalations
Ensure timely response and resolution in accordance with service standards
Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor service performance, quality, and safety compliance
Coach and develop team members to strengthen technical capabilities

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Audio-Visual (AV) systems, with service or maintenance exposure
Experience in leading or supervising a service team
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
Familiar with maintenance planning and service operations
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to manage multiple sites and respond to operational needs
