Finance Manager - Boutique Investment Manager

As the Finance Manager for this multi asset investment group you will be handling the financial aspects of the organisation's assets including the transfer and disposal of assets. You will maintain the asset register, track depreciation and ensure accurate asset allocation.
The role will also manage cashflow within the portfolio and involve reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. There will be daily interaction with external service providers and stakeholder management as well as project work, process and system automation.
Managing a small team you will be reporting to CIO and CEO for the group with a unique opportunity to learn as you go across their portfolios running a change improvement structure across the finance team. Preparing board packs, leading FPA and managing finance the role is everyday changing.

These include: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance, Accounting) as well as CPA/CA or similar certification 5 years + industry experience within banking, funds management or financial services Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical abilities to identify process inefficiencies and develop improvements.
