As an WSHO cum ECO, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist Project Manager in implementing Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) management system and permit-to-work system
• Ensure compliance with WSH Act, NEA regulations, and in-house safety rules
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations with corrective actions
• Chair WSH Committee meetings and coordinate safety communication with subcontractors
• Maintain up-to-date safety documentation for MOM, NEA, and ISO audits
• Liaise with government agencies on safety and environmental matters (e.g. NEA, MOM)
• Conduct safety training and organise safety promotion activities
• Oversee environmental control duties including site inspections, vector control, and environmental health programmes
• Support implementation of ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 45001 standards
• Assist in managing workers’ welfare, including courses, accommodation, and wellbeing matters
• Participate in planning of safety measures for public-facing or high-risk site activities

Requirements:

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower
• Certified Environmental Control Officer (ECO) recognized by the National Environment Agency
