Kyndryl is looking for a highly experienced Associate Director Business Operations Real Estate & Data Center Services
  • Assist APAC Region team by building and Maintain relationships with key business leaders, stakeholders and support partners ie. IT, Comms, Legal, EHS, HR, Works councils, Safety Committees, Security, etc
  • Facilitate interaction with RDC Finance team & Region APAC Financial Analysts to ensure budget and costs are tracked accurately and included in Annual Business Planning and Opex/Capex Budget Process
  • Execute on Global and Regional initiatives
  • Provide Operational oversight for project/program management when required
  • Maintain RE&F standards, methodologies, processes & governance
  • Ensure Data integrity across all RDC level information

Required Technical and Professional Experience
  • Minimum 10 yrs experience within the Real Estate Industry
  • Finance, Budgeting and commercial acumen
  • Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute multiple concurrent projects
  • Understanding of country regulations and cultural nuances in regards to real estate and facilities
  • Strong Oral and Written Presentation Skills
  • Experience in partnering with third party providers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
