Job summary:
As part of our continued growth, Latitude Architects is looking to fill a senior level role. The candidate will report to the Director and will be assisted with one to two Architectural Graduates. As a senior Architect, he or she will undertake project of different stages, either in a team or work independently.ie. Tender bid, project execution which include seeking authority clearances, construction co-ordination etc whichever to suit the strength of the persons.
Requirements- Master Degree in Architecture
- Conversant with Singapore building codes and regulations, authorities’ requirements, and compliances.
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, with desire to continual learning
- Have completes local project and understand cycle of architectural consultancy.
- Familiar with SCDF code and regulation.
