Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor truck drivers to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and servicing timelines.
• Track and manage drivers’ attendance and performance.
• Conduct site visits to supervise and support drivers across various construction locations.
• Coordinate closely with site personnel for efficient delivery scheduling and logistics planning.
• Propose alternative solutions when delivery targets are not met due to schedule delays or operational issues.
• Attend truck-related court cases when necessary.
• Oversee the upkeep, servicing, and maintenance of all trucks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and health regulations at all times.
• Maintain high standards of safety practices and site housekeeping.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Singapore road routes is essential.
• Willingness to work night shifts as assigned.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Able to travel between construction sites.
• Experience in transport operations or construction logistics is an advantage.
