Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, driving accountability and performance.
• Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve milestones.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, quality, and safety standards.
• Review technical submissions, contracts, and project documentation.
• Resolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years (Project Manager) or 5–10 years (Assistant Project Manager) of construction project experience
• Proven track record managing building or civil projects in Singapore
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant engineering or construction qualification
