Position Overview

Key Responsibilities- Manage TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
- Plan, create, and post high-quality visuals, videos, and reels.
- Capture product photography to showcase offerings.
- Collaborate with UGC (User-Generated Content) creators and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
- Craft captions and posts that align with the brand’s messaging.
- Monitor social media performance and provide reports for improvement.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva).

The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms. The role involves e-commerce management, digital advertising, search engine optimization, influencer and partnership coordination, and campaign performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify e-commerce platform, including product updates, promotions, and analytics.
- Develop and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search ranking.
- Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and brand partners for marketing collaborations.
- Manage content calendars for digital platforms, including social media and email marketing.
- Lead and supervise team members in executing marketing activities.
- Support event planning and execution, including retail activations and brand campaigns.
- Work with design teams on the development of marketing materials and visual content.
- Prepare and review marketing performance reports and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.

- Overseeing the marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently

- Coordinating and follow through with daily online sales fulfilment

Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in retail industry
- Experience in Meta Business Suite, E-commerce (ideally Shopify), Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator & Wordpress
- Experience in Roadshow will be preferred
- Experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign software would be an advantage
- E-commerce experience is a plus, experience in retail would be an advantage
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
