Position: Drafter
Roles & Responsibilities- Prepare shop drawings , fabricate drawing , As-built drawings
- Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques
- Assist in general quantity surveying duties such aspre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries& procurement.
- Monitor the site progress, and confirms sub-contractors ,vendors and supplier’s obligations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in construction-related , civil engineering field
- Good Communications skill
- Knowledge of structural will be beneficial
- Academic in relevant structure steel , building/engineering
- Familiarize in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural joinery works an advantage
- Proficiency in Tekla Software , Autocad ,REVIT
- Able to work on Multiple projects, Within simultaneous timeline
- Highly motivated Responsible & team player with good interpersonal skill
- Working Hour: Mon-Fri(9am to 6pm) , Sat (Half Day)
