At Occra Education Studio, we specialise in O Levels tuition and we're growing fast (0>150+ students in 10 months).
Looking for a dependable, high EQ Enrolment & Operations Executive in a fun environment with a young, ambitious team. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, responsive, and enjoy working closely with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book trial classes via our WhatsApp AI Interface
- Reply to all incoming enquiries within 30 minutes
- Schedule make-up classes and timetables efficiently
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for all students and parents
Requirements:
- Current undergraduates / Degree holders
- Singaporeans / Permanent Residents only
- Entry-level candidates are welcome (training will be provided)
- Prior sales and operations experience is an advantage
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. Google Drive, Google Sheets, AI CRM interfaces)
- Able to commit 5 days a week, with 2 days WFH
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership: you follow through on tasks without being chased
- Clear, confident communicator
