We are searching for an experienced Senior Client Director to join our Singapore Studio. Working as a senior part of the Client Services team, you will be an inspirational leader to both clients and the internal accounts team. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team and be responsible for the growth and running of your allocated client account/s, whilst building unbreakable relationships with senior clients.
You’ll constantly be looking for ideas to grow Bulletproof’s
capabilities and client base.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
CLIENT FACING- Leading client meetings and pitches; creating and leading presentations with confidence, gravitas and constantly looking to inspire our clients
- Fostering a true partnership with senior clients across your allocated accounts, building influential and strategic relationships
- Negotiating RFI’s, contracts, fee and timing discussions to safeguard our value and quality
- Selling and defending our creative product; confidently presenting and positively challenging briefs, proposals, financials and brand plans with the client team
- Possessing an in-depth and noticeable understanding of the client’s business and industry; proactively identifying and unlocking new opportunities as well as suggesting initiatives
- Taking overall responsibility for the strategic direction and growth of your allocated client account/s in conjunction with the creative and strategy leads
- Ensuring the smooth running of your accounts, ensuring our highest standards are met and Bulletproof's reputation is upheld
- Ensuring the team are working efficiently to deliver the best quality work
- Overseeing the weekly/monthly reporting of financials
- Setting and tracking annual targets, as well as taking responsibility for the development of the annual and quarterly forecasting plans and presentations
- Creating inspiring presentations and leading the pitch process by utilising your strategic and industry knowledge
- Leading initiatives with the Senior Management team to constantly improve and evolve the Bulletproof offering
- Being a true leader who inspires and educates your team, providing support and training where necessary
- Mentoring and taking responsibility for the reviews and development of the Senior Client Managers and Client Directors
- Positively contributing and driving the culture of our Bulletproof team
- Building unbreakable bonds by working collaboratively with the Creative Directors, Strategy Directors and department heads to build and deliver a clear vision for your accounts
- Having a strong understanding of our proprietary strategic tools and recommending when these are deployed
- Proactively generating ideas to inspire members of the wider team
- Recognising areas for improvement and providing your solutions and ideas to benefit our agency and the Bulletproof offering
- Providing clear direction and vision for the delivery of client presentations, pitch preparations and new business proposals where appropriate
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Significant and proven experience gained within branding
- Strong working knowledge of key branding disciplines including brand/corporate identity, digital and innovation
- Significant experience of successfully managing senior level client relationships
- Proven ability to build rapport, and solid, lasting relationships with clients and peers
- Excellent leadership skills, clearly demonstrating experience of running teams and nurturing the very best from the team
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain positive and calm under pressure in our fast-paced and sometimes frenetic working environment
- Ability to successfully prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects at any one time
- Strong business development skills
