GI, Operations Executive (Policy Issuance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the issuance of new business, renewal, and endorsement policy documents.
- Ensure high service standards by maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all policy documentation.
- Manage policy records and perform related administrative tasks efficiently.
- Respond to enquiries from customer care teams, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders via email and phone.
- Support system enhancement initiatives, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in General Insurance (GI) operations.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
