Join MP Biomedicals as our Regional Business Manager (SEA) and play a key role in driving the growth of our Diagnostics and Life Sciences portfolio across Southeast Asia. This role offers regional exposure and the opportunity to develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with key distributors.
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in sales to lead our regional business initiatives and support our expansion across the Southeast Asia region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales activities for MP’s Diagnostics and Life Sciences product portfolio across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Manage and support distributor networks to ensure effective market coverage and alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to strengthen brand presence and market reach.
- Provide product training and technical support to distributors and key customers.
Key Duties:
- Achieve assigned sales objectives and deliver consistent regional business performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and emerging markets within SEA.
- Monitor, assess, and support distributor activities to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Expand and develop new sales territories to fuel regional growth.
- Promote and sell the full range of MP Diagnostics and Life Sciences products.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, distribution strategies, and training programs for effective and timely product launches.
- Coordinate technical and sales training sessions for all SEA distributors.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on market research, competitor insights, and regional market development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree/Masters in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemical or any science related field.
- Experience: Preferable 2 years of relevant sales and technical support experience in diagnostic testing, biotechnology, and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in the Life Sciences or Diagnostic market, including exposure to diagnostic products, product management, market research, and product registration.
- Experience working with customer satisfaction measurement, and marketing and sales activities across the SEA region.
- Highly self-motivated and achievement-oriented, with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive in a dynamic regional environment
