The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and in-store promotions, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring The Providore brand to life.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
• Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and outlet-level marketing activities
• Manage and grow The Providore’s online presence, including website updates, email marketing, and social media
• Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging marketing materials
• Support partnerships, sponsorships, and media relations
• Track and analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Liaise with retail and F&B operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives across outlets

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle sectors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.)
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A passion for food, branding, and customer experience
• Photography, content creation, or design skills are a plus
