Direct the Hotel’s marketing and communications programme with a primary focus on F&B, Spa, Weddings and MICE marketing
- Adept in managing public relations, content marketing, social media, digital campaigns, email marketing to ensure a 360 degree customer experience
- Formulate partnerships with e-commerce platforms and external stakeholders for cross marketing purposes
- Conduct the appropriate site inspections and hosted hotel events.
- Collaborate with related departments to drive and support any tactical promotional activities, campaigns, initiatives, etc.
- Photography and videography experience will be an asset
