Sales Assistant & Product Control Executive - Geylang

Our Client: Our client is a well-established F&B Company, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for a Sales Assistant & Product Control Executive to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales team with order entry, invoicing and documentation.
• Coordinate with regional factories, internal teams, and third-party.
• Track and control product inventory across multiple countries, ensuring accurate stock levels and delivery schedules.
• Handle sales data entry and maintain accurate records in the internal system.
• Communicate effectively with local and regional stakeholders to resolve any delivery, stock, or invoicing issues.
• Provide general sales administrative support including sample coordination, product information, and ad hoc requests.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales support, order management.
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience working in or with Japanese companies, or high cultural adaptability to Japanese work environments, is a plus.
• Liaise with stakeholders in English, Japanese is preferred but not mandatory.
