About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a high‑impact organisational transformation initiative across the Asia Pacific region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, excels in stakeholder engagement, and can drive meaningful change with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
You will join a focused transformation team responsible for designing and implementing a new Service Delivery Target Operating Model, including regional site transformation activities. This assignment involves significant changes to ways of working and requires a strong blend of resilience, independence, and structured change expertise.
What You Will Be Doing- Lead the development and execution of change management activities using structured methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or similar).
- Deliver end‑to‑end change interventions, including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and business readiness across multiple Asia Pacific locations.
- Conduct impact and readiness assessments, anticipating challenges and tailoring strategies to local market needs.
- Develop actionable change plans aligned to project milestones, ensuring smooth delivery and minimal disruption.
- Monitor change adoption, risks, and issues, providing insights and corrective recommendations to program leadership.
- Engage, influence, and support senior stakeholders with clear updates, decision support, and expert guidance.
- Establish and maintain effective change governance aligned with overall program frameworks.
- Drive adoption, manage resistance, and ensure sustained behaviour change post‑implementation.
- Collaborate closely with HR, country leads, and operational teams to enable seamless organisational and role transitions.
- Provide coaching and support to managers navigating team transitions.
- Operate independently and make data‑driven decisions while working collaboratively with a diverse regional team.
- This is not a typical change management position.
- You will be part of a high‑profile, time‑sensitive transformation that will shape the organisation’s future operating model. Unlike business‑as‑usual change environments, this role involves significant shifts in where and how work is performed, requiring agility and strong people‑centric leadership.
- You will engage directly with senior decision makers, influence critical outcomes, and enjoy autonomy in managing your workstream. This is a rare opportunity to create visible, lasting impact in a fast‑moving environment alongside a team that values clarity, integrity, and results.
- At least 5 years of experience leading large‑scale organisational change initiatives, ideally involving offshoring and/or workforce transitions.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive sponsors and business leaders.
- High resilience and comfort operating in ambiguous, high‑pressure, and time‑sensitive environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills to navigate sensitive situations and drive change adoption.
