(Equipment Technician /& Production Technician)/Medical Device - Sembawang

1. Equipment Technician @Admiralty

• Develop processes for production & transfer of new products to manufacturing.
• Improve throughput including concept, refinement, evaluation & implementation.
• Evaluate process improvement ideas & review documents including DHR’s, MPI’s, SOP’s, & ECO’s.
• Identify training requirements and train production staffs, and meet production demands.
• Design, specify, manufacture, test and document production equipment & improvements.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, documenting procedures, IQ/OQ/PQ process of equipment.
• Setup, troubleshooting and shut down of equipment.
• Liaise with IT on resolution of service equipment, liaise with 3rd part on maintenance of HVAC, AHU, cleanroom, pressure vessels & electrical networks.
• Support EHS, risk assess of equipment / processes and generate facility layout and drawings.
• Drive process improvement, manage PM procedure & comply ISO13485, GMP and FDA regulations.
• “O” level/ITE/Diploma with 1-3 years assembly technician experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues in variety of equipment
• Knowledge in writing manufacturing procedures and GMP requirements.
• Knowledge in GMP, ISO, cleanroom procedures, and documentation.
• Understanding of broad scope of manufacturing processes.

1. Production Technician

• Setting up of braiding and extrusion molding machine including ancillary equipment.
• Operating molding machine including ancillary equipment.
• Maintaining of spare parts list of molding machine including ancillary equipment.
• Respond to machine alarms and ensure continuous operation of production equipment.
• Housekeeping of the shop floor (5S) and ensure standards/regulations are being maintained
• 'O'Level/ITE/Diploma qualication
• Hands-on experience in extrusion / braiding / molding in manufacturing plant.
• Proficient in Excel/Word and knowledge in ISO quality system
• Able to work overtime in weekday/weekend when required
